王洼二矿大断面松动圈厚度为1.58 m,属于大松动圈Ⅳ类围岩,该断面运用金属网顶、网下支护理论为依据,通过理论计算和数值模拟,优化巷道断面,提出新的支护方案。通过数值模拟验证在新的支护参数下巷道围岩的应力分布及位移变化状况,最终提出合理的"锚网索带耦合强化"支护方案。将优化之后的方案进行工业性试验,经现场实测巷道开挖支护后围岩内部及表面位移和锚杆、锚索受力的变化情况,检验了支护设计的效果。结果表明,各项指标均在合理的变化范围之内,支护效果良好。
The thickness of loose circle of Wangwa No. 2 Mine is 1.58 m, belonging to large circle Ⅳ class surrounding rock, the section applying metal net roof and support under net, the new support based on theory calculation and optimized roadway section was put forward. The surrounding rock stress distribution and displacement were testified by numerical simulation of new support parameters, the reasonable anchor wire rope coupling strengthening support was given, the practice showed that various indexes change was reasonable, with good support effect by the test of internal and surface displacement of surrounding rock, stress bolts and cables.
