为解决千米级别斜拉桥施工期间钢箱梁底板应力过大的问题,基于鄂东长江公路大桥主桥施工全过程应力分析,结合施工现场实际情况,提出3种施工期应力调控措施。通过3种措施的综合对比,得到最优的综合应力调控措施,并将其应用于实际施工控制过程。结果表明,此调控措施起到了良好的效果。
To avoid high stress in steel box girder of cable-stayed bridge with 1 000 meters scale span during construction,three stress redeployment measures are studied based on stress analysis in overall construction process of the main bridge of Edong Yangtze River Highway Bridge.According to comparison of the three measures,the best stress redeployment measure is chosen for the practical construction control process,and it is proved to be effective in stress adjustment and control process.
