为研究铺装层对正交异性钢桥面板疲劳性能的影响,以港珠澳大桥标准联边跨跨中为背景,选择3类典型正交异性钢桥面板疲劳细节,考虑铺装层与钢桥面顶板的层间结合状态,铺装层的厚度、弹性模量、组成成分,建立该桥正交异性钢桥面板有限元模型,分析铺装层各因素变化下3类疲劳细节的应力幅变化;通过分析铺装层轮载扩散效应的扩散角对各疲劳细节应力幅的影响,提出合理扩散角,以此来考虑铺装层对钢桥面板的作用。研究结果表明,铺装层与钢桥面板间接触状态对正交异性钢桥面疲劳性能的影响较小;铺装层各参数对正交异性钢桥面板的疲劳性能影响较大;当进行钢桥面板抗疲劳设计时,可取轮载扩散角≤30°或采用BS5400所推荐的26.5°,或者偏安全地忽略铺装作用效应,以简化分析过程。
To study the influence of pavement on the fatigue performance of orthotropic steel deck plate,the midspan of the side span in the standard continuous unit of the Hong Kong-ZhuhaiMacao Bridge is taken as the study background and three typical fatigue details of orthotropic steel bridge deck are chosen.By considering the binding condition between the pavement and the top plate of the steel bridge deck,the thickness and the components of the pavement and the elastic modulus,the finite element model of the orthotropic steel deck plate of the bridge was established.By analyzing the diffusion angle of the axle load diffusion effect on the stress range of each fatigue detail,the rational diffusion angle is proposed,in accordance with which the action of the pavement on the steel bridge deck is considered.The results of the study indicate that the contacting state of the pavement and the steel bridge deck has minimal influence on the fatigue performance of the orthotropic steel deck plate,but the parameters of the pavement exert great influence on the fatigue performance of the orthotropic steel deck plate.In the anti-fatigue design of the steel deck plate,the value of the axle load diffusion angle can be 30°or less,or use the value of 26.5°recommended by BS 5400,or ignore the action of the pavement for the sake of safety,so as to simplify the analytical process.
