在需求不确定且与努力水平具有相关性的前提下,建立了单供应商(或生产商)和销售商之间的利益共享契约模型,分析了努力因素对供应链协作策略的影响。通过对传统利益共享契约模式的研究,解释了此时单纯利益共享契约模式为什么无法实现供应链协作。为此,提出了基于回馈与惩罚策略的利益共享契约理论。通过在传统的利益共享契约中引入回馈与惩罚策略,解决了单纯的利益共享契约无法实现供应链协作的问题,使供应链恢复到协作状态,并给出了确定最优契约参数的方法。最后,通过数值例子对模型进行了分析比较。
On the premise of one-supplier one-retailer supply chain facing stochastic effort dependent demand, the mathematical models of revenue-sharing contract with sales effort effects were established, and the impact of effort factor on supply chain collaboration was analyzed. Through studies on traditional revenue- sharing contract, the reasons of difficulty in supply chain collaboration were explained. To deal with this problem, the revenue-sharing contract based on channel rebate and penalty was proposed, collaboration and a win-win outcome were achieved. Also, a method of defining the optimal contract parameters was provided. Finally, a numerical example was given to illustrate the model and the solution process.
