网上拍卖竞买方个人信用风险管理理论与评价模型

针对网上拍卖特点建立了保证金制度、网友担保制度和拍卖品底价披露制度等竞买人信用风险管理制度,提出了竞买方信用风险管理原理与流程,从制度层面上提出了信用风险管理方法。提出了可获取性和可验证性原则,建立了反映竞买方个人资产、担保和历史交易记录的3大类、9项指标构成的信用评价体系。运用层次分析法求解各层次评价指标的权重,通过模糊隶属度函数的建立求解竞买方个人信用分值,建立了网上拍卖竞买方个人信用评价模型,解决了竞买方个人信用等级的划分问题。根据信用评价方程合乎逻辑的特例得到了信用评分的阈值,解决了什么样的竞买人有权进行网上交易的判断标准问题。从信用制度、管理方法和评价模型上探索了控制网上拍卖竞买方个人信用风险的途径。

英文摘要:

Aiming at the characteristics of on-line auction, the paper sets up management system of purchaser's credit risk such as deposit system, on-line friend guarantee system and releasing system for minimum price of auction. It brings up the management principle and process on buyer's credit risk, and brings up the management methods of credit risk at the system level. The paper brings up the principles of obtainable character and verifiable character, and sets up credit evaluation system of 3 categories and 9 indexes to reflect personal assets of buyer, sponsion and historical trade record. Applying Analytical Hierarchy Process to distribute evaluation index weight of every hierarchy, calculating personal credit scores through the foundation of fuzzy subjection function, the paper establishes the evaluation model of buyer's personal credit, and resolves the demarcation problem of the buyer's personal credit grade. The paper gets the threshold of credit score according to the logic special example of credit equation. It solves the judgment criteria who has the right to trade on-line among the buyers. This paper explores the control approaches on personal credit risk of buyer on-line auction from the angles of credit system, management methods and evaluation model.
