复杂系统评价方法是决策者在管理决策和项目选择中的重要辅助工具,在分析复杂系统决策问题特点的基础上,运用多属性决策分析原理对复杂系统决策问题进行研究,通过对层次分析方法、消去与选择转换方法、偏好顺序结构评估法三种多属性评价方法进行比较分析,提出了一种基于该三种多属性评价方法的复杂系统综合评价方法,建立了评价模型,并将该综合评价方法应用到实际复杂系统评价问题中,结果表明该综合评价方法具有可操作性和实用性,可为复杂系统评价问题提供科学参考.
The assessment method for a complicated system is one of the most important tools in the decision maker' s toolkit. Based on the property analysis of decision making of a complicated system, the paper adopts multiple criteria analysis theory to study the decision making of the complicated system. After giving a comparative analysis of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), elimination et choice translating reality (ELECTRE) and preference ranking organization methods for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE), a comprehensive assessment method for the complicated system is developed by integrating AHP, ELECTRE and PROMETHEE. An application is given to illustrate the availability of the proposed method. The result indicates that the presented model is feasible as a scientific decision-making tool for a complicated system.
