目的:观察宫清颗粒对药物流产患者绒毛及蜕膜中凋亡执行蛋白酶半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)及半胱氨酸蛋白酶-8(Caspase-8)的影响,探讨宫清颗粒防治药流后出血的可能机制。方法:将180例药物流产患者随机分为宫清颗粒组、茜芷对照组及药流对照组,同时设人工流产组60例;运用免疫组化法,观察各组Caspase-3、8的表达情况。结果:宫清颗粒组药流后绒毛及蜕膜Caspase-3、8的表达均较其他3组明显提高,差异均具有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:宫清颗粒与米非司酮具有协同作用,使绒毛、蜕膜中Caspase-3、8含量升高,可能通过细胞膜途径,促进滋养层细胞和蜕膜组织凋亡增加而防治药物流产后出血。
Objective: To observe the effect of Gongqing grain on the expression of Caspase-3 and Caspase-8 in the human's villi and decidua in early pregnancy teminated by drug, discuss the mechanism of Gongqing grain protecting and treating hemorrhage after drug-induced abortion. Methods: 180 patients were divided into three groups randomly: Gongqing grain group,Qianzhi capsule group and drug abortion group, and artificial abortion group(n=60)was set. The immunohistochemical method was used to observe the expressions of Caspase-3, 8 in the villi and deciduas. Results:The level of Caspase-3, 8 in the villi and deciduas decreased more significantly in Gongqing grain group than the other three groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Gongqing grain increases the expression of caspase-3 and caspase-8 level in chorionic villi and deciduas, it may treat vaginal hemorrhage after drug abortion by cellular membrane pathway, promoting apoptosis of trophoblastic cell and caduca tissue.
