There are many examinatorial methods of cellular apoptosis,including morphological detection,detection of biochemical characterization as well as the detection of flow cytometer.In the Field of medical abortion,transmission microscope＇s Observation is the Most authoritative standard to Determine the cellular apoptosis.Before the quantitative detection of apoptosis the qualitative observation by transmission microscope must be first applicated.Its characteristic is the formation of chromatin condensation and apoptotic bodies.Tunel is the most commonly used detection,which is most commonly reported in the study of medical abortion and has high sensitivity and specificity.It can be combined with the other methods such as immunofluorescence technique and flow cytometry.
