For fufilling the present informationalized operation requirements, all kinds of operational units and their relationshipsof operational system are analyzed. The entity models of operational system with multi-agent are built, includingC2 （command and control） agent, scout agent, force agent and guarantee agent. After analysing the operational process, therelationship models are built, including command relationship, cooperation relationship and guarantee relationship. In theend, study the entity attributes and relevant operational behaviors are studied. Multi-agent emulation modeling privides anew way for studying the operational system.
