动脉僵硬度与血脂水平及膳食的关系

[目的]探讨动脉僵硬度与血脂水平及膳食的关系,为预防心血管疾病提供基础数据.[方法]2007年3月在延吉市随机整群抽取2所单位516名职工,其中男性为240名,女性为276名.进行左侧桡动脉脉搏波分析,测量动脉反射波增强指数(AI);测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL.C)水平;采用问卷收集试验对象一般情况,用食物频率法进行膳食调查.[结果]男性AI与血脂各项指标无相关性(P〉0.05),女性AI与血清TC,TG呈正相关(P(0.05,P〈0.01);校正年龄因素后,男性血脂水平正常范围者与异常者AI间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),女性TG正常范围者AI明显低于升高者(P〈0.01).男性AI与瘦肉类、膳食补充剂摄取频率呈负相关,女性AI与蔬菜水果摄取频率呈负相关(P〈O.05).[结论]动脉僵硬度与血脂水平及膳食有一定的关系.

英文摘要:

OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between arterial stiffness and blood fat level, diet in order to provide the fundamental data for prevention of cardiovascular diseases. METHODS 516 people, 240 cases of male and 276 cases of female, were selected from two units in Yanji in March, 2007, and the pulse wave of left radial artery was analyzed, and the artery reflection wave augmentation index (AI) was measured, and the contents of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C in serum were detected, and the general conditions of objects were collected by questionnaire, and the dietary survey was performed with food frequency method. RESULTS Male's AI had no correlation with the blood fat index (P 〉 0.05), but female's AI was related with the serum TC and TG (P〈0.01), and after adjustment for age, the male's AI had no statistically significant difference between the normal and abnormal range of blood lipid level (P〉 0.05), and the female's AI was lower in normal TG than in high TG (P〈0.01). Male's AI was negatively related with frequency of eating lean meat and diet supplement, and female's AI was negatively related with frequency of taking vegetable and fruit (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION The arterial stiffness has certain relationship with blood fat level and diet.
