[目的]探讨反射波增强指数（AI）与血压、血脂和血糖的关系.[方法]2007年在延吉市自然人群中进行横断面调查,测定517名健康体格检查者三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖、血压和AI.分析AI与血脂、血压和血糖的相关性.[结果]AI水平随着年龄的增加而上升,男女AI水平均与收缩压和舒张压呈正相关.多元逐步回归分析结果表明,男性AI水平与年龄、舒张压和血糖有一定的相关性,女性AI水平与年龄、收缩压和血糖有一定的相关性.[结论]年龄、血压和血糖是AI的影响因素.

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE To study the correlation between augmentation index and blood pressure（BP）,lipids and glucose（GLU）.METHODS A cross sectional study was carried out in natural population of Yanji city in 2007,and it was detected in 517 of healthy physical examiner that triglycerides（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,GLU,BP and augmentation index（AI）,and the correlation between AI and BP,lipids and GLU was analyzed.RESULTS AI was increased with following age up,and was all positive correlation with systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP）.Multiple stepwise regression analyses showed that the age,SBP and GLU were major independent determination of AI in male and the age,DBP and GLU were major independent determination of AI in female.CONCLUSION Age,BP and GLU were major independent of AI.
