[目的]观察健康人群动脉反射波增强指数（AI）参考值范围,探讨AI的影响因素.[方法]在延边地区选择18～79岁健康人988名（男性为500名,女性为488名）,采用HEM-9000AI型动脉反射波检测装置检测AI.[结果]各年龄组男性AI均低于女性,差异有统计学意义;30～45岁组男性及女性AI均明显高于18～29岁组,46～79岁组男性及女性AI均显著高于30～45岁组,男性及女性AI均与年龄呈正相关.[结论]健康人动脉AI受性别及年龄影响,应按照不同性别和年龄分别建立正常参考值.

英文摘要：

OBJECTIVE To study the reference value range of arterial reflected wave augmentation index（AI）in healthy people and the influential factors for AI.METHODS 988 cases of healthy people aged from18 to 79（500 of males,488 of females）were selected in Yanbian region and the arterial reflected wave AI was measured by the HEM-9000 artery reflected wave detector.RESULTS AI of males in each age group were significantly lower than that of females.AI of both males and females were higher in 30～45 age group than in 18～29 age group and in 46～79 age group than in 30～45 age group,and AI were positive correlation with ages.CONCLUSION The arterial reflected wave AI in healthy people was influenced by gender and age,and so the norno-reference value of arterial reflected wave AI should be established according to different ages and genders.
