Under the new normal, the development of the cooperative alliance has encountered new topic. Service innovation is a issue which needs every library scholar from each age to confront. This paper teases out the library cooperative alliance service paradigm, and base on the actual situation of the author＇s library, uses the user demand oriented as purpose of innovation and designs four kinds of collaborative relationship models, including university library＋subject, university library＋ university library, university library＋govermnent, university library ＋enterprise, and carries out a series of service practice and exploration.
