Forest products distributors need to choose wood processing enterprise as their upstream partner when participating in constructing the supply chain of wood processing enterprises. This paper evaluates wood processing enterprises through a combination of optimizational TOPSIS model and fuzzy mathematics with an index system of 5 first-grade indexes, namely, competitiveness, green behavior, quality, cost and delivery, etc, and 14 second-grade indexes.Finally,it confirms with a case study the feasibility of the new evaluation index system, which can provide reference for forest products distributors.
