提出了一种基于小波分析和灰色预测理论的旋转机械故障预测分析仪设计方案。重点阐述了仪器的硬件结构及软件设计思想。以旋转机械主轴振动位移信号为例,首先应用小波变换进行特征向量提取,然后应用灰色理论进行结果预测,实验结果表明,将小波变换与灰色预测理论结合进行振动特征向量的预测是可行而有效的。
The design scheme of fault analyzer for rotating machinery based on wavelet analysis and grey theory is presented in this paper. The system hardware structure and software design idea are introduced in detail, Taking the vibration signal of main shaft for rotating machinery as an example, the characteristic vectors are extracted and fault forecasting is carried out using wavelet analysis and grey theory. Experiment results show that it is effective to diagnose the incipient fault in early stage by combining wavelet analysis and grey theory.
