Building an interaction mode of ties strength, knowledge transfer,knowledge integration and cooperative performance of technical standard alliance, and taking the ICT industry as the investigation target to do empirical research with structural equation mode. And the result comes out as： the stronger ties strength, the higher knowledge transfer ability and higher alliance cooperative performance level. The ability of knowledge transfer and knowledge integration plays a positive role in alliance cooperation level. As a mediator, knowledge transfer exist in the inference of ties strength on cooperative performance instead of knowledge integration, and plays an important role in the influential path of ties strength on cooperation performance.
