In industrial clusters,compared with large and medium-sized enterprises,Small and micro enterprises has a disadvantage in terms of innovative capacity and innovation resources.Collaborative innovation with other Innovative organization,the innovation of small and micro enterprises was more effective.Select the appropriate collaborative innovation model is the key issue of the establishment of collaborative innovation system.At first,the synergetic innovation Mode and elements of mode selection was research.And then,synergetic innovation selection model was established.In practice,this model can help small and micro enterprises in the industrial clusters to select the appropriate collaborative innovation model.
