小城镇发展是辽宁省城市化战略的重要组成部分。基于行动者–网络理论,通过主因子分析法筛选出19个指标作为小城镇发展的生态创新指标。在此基础上,运用社会网络分析法在19个生态创新指标中选取投资体制、户籍政策、景观规划、基本保障等四个方面的生态创新关键点,提出了适合辽宁省区域发展特色的小城镇生态创新网络构建路径。

On basis of actor- network theory, the authors selected 19 indices by the principal factor analysis as the indices for building eco - innovation of small towns. Further more, critical points for eco - innovation from investment mechanism, household policy, scenery plan and basic security in the 19 indices were obtained by social network analysis. Finally, ways suitable to building eco - innovation network of small towns in Liaoning province are proposed.
