研究了视觉系统中调焦函数的选择方法,采用常用调焦函数对一透射式照明图像测量系统的调焦函数选择过程进行实验研究,对其灵敏性、稳定性、计算速度等指标进行了对比分析,结果表明对于该系统来说梯度向量平方函数具有较好的效果。并通过实验得出:调焦图像选择区域越大,调焦函数曲线灵敏度越高;光源强度越强或越弱,调焦函数曲线灵敏度越低。
The method of choosing focusing function in the visual system is researched. Common focusing functions are adopted for experimental study of their selection process in image measurement system with transmission illumination. Parameters including sensitivity, stability, calculation rapidity etc. are compared and analyzed. The gradient vector square function with good results is confirmed. The conclusion from experiments is that : the greater the selection region of focusing image, the higher the sensitivity curve of focusing function ; the stronger or weaker of the intensity of light source, the lower the sensitivity curve of focusing function.
