国务院日前启动了农村义务教育阶段学生营养改善计划,中央财政的160多亿元资金划拔到680个县(市)的农村小学,为农村学生提供营养膳食补助。本文利用对甘肃、宁夏的122所农村小学的调研数据,分析农村小学生的营养健康问题,以及校长、老师和家长对学生营养健康知识的了解程度。建议政府在实施营养健康改善计划的过程中,需要特别注重农村贫困地区学生营养健康存在的问题,对学校提供资金支持的同时也需要对校长、老师和家长进行营养知识培训,优化补贴资源的分配,使中央资金得到有效利用。
China's state council has launched a rural compulsory education nutrition improvement plan, making more than 10 blthon yuan available to 680 countryside primary schools in order to improve student nutrition. Using investigation data from 122 rural primary schools in Gansu and Ningxia, this paper analyzes the nutrition health problems in rural students, and the principal's, teachers' and parents' knowledge about student nutrition and health. The results of the nutrition and health improvement plan suggest the most optimal way of distributing the resources and increasing the impact of the funding is to provide training for the principal, teachers and parents on general nutrition information.
