采用均相沉淀法制备均匀球形的Y2O3:Eu3+@Gd2O3核壳结构纳米发光材料,用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱及荧光光谱等表征样品的形貌、结构及发光性能。结果表明:Y2O3:Eu3+表面成功包覆了Gd2O3,包覆后仍为均匀的球形,包覆层厚度约为5nm;包覆前后样品的猝灭浓度均为7%(摩尔分数),包覆后核壳结构的发光强度比未包覆的增强,随着Eu3+浓度提高,发光强度明显增强。
Core-shell structural luminescence nanomaterials(Y2O3:Eu3+@Gd2O3) were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method.Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray photoelectron energy spectroscopy,and photoluminescence spectroscopy.Results show that Gd2O3 layer is successfully coated on surface of Y2O3:Eu3+.The coated samples are still uniform spheres,and thickness of the coated layer is about 5 nm.Quenching content in mole of the samples before and after coating are 7%.After being coated with Gd2O3,the core-shell composite particles exhibit greater luminescence intensities than that of Y2O3:Eu3+ core nanocrystals.With the increasing of Eu3+ content,the intensity is enhanced obviously.
