采用水热法合成了Fe3O4 @ SiO2@ YF3: Eu^3+磁-光双功能复合粒子,对其结构和性能进行了表征。XRD分析表明:Fe3O4表面包覆上了结晶良好的正交晶系的YF3。TEM照片表明:复合粒子为球形,构成核的Fe3O4颗粒的尺寸在200-350nm之间,Fe3O4 @ SiO2@ YF3: Eu^3+核壳结构复合粒子的尺寸约为230-380hill,与包覆前的Fe3O4相比较,包覆后,颗粒尺寸增大,并且YR3Eu^3+是以棒状结构连接在Fe3O4球型颗粒的表面。磁性和荧光光谱分析表明:该复合颗粒同时具有良好的发光性和磁性,使其在生物医学领域具有潜在的应用。
Fe3O4 @ SiO2@ YF3: Eu^3+ magnetic and luminescent bi-functional composite particles were fabricated via a facile hydrothermal method, the structure and properties were characterized. XRD patterns show that orthogonal phase YF3 crystals are coated on the surface of Fe304 particles. TEM images indicate that the composites have spherical morphology, the diameter of the Fe304 core is between 200 -50 nm and the size of the Fe3O4 @ SiO2@ YF3: Eu^3+ composites is about 230-380 nm. Compared with Fe3O4 core, the size of the coated particles is larger. At the same time, it is noted that YF3:Eu^3+ nanorods are linked on the surface of Fe3O4 particles. The photoluminescence spectra and the magnetic properties indicate that the composite particles have red emitting light and magnetism, which would be potentially applied in biology and medicine fields.
