结合小浪底排沙洞实测资料,对无粘结环锚预应力混凝土衬砌隧洞的锚索应力测定方法进行了探讨,并对施工期和运行期的锚索应力状态及其变化规律进行了分析。研究结果表明,用锚具改装而成的锚索测力计可以用于测定无台座张拉锁定环锚结构的锚索应力,并且具有理想的精度。施工期锚索张拉引起的混凝土徐变会导致约15%的预应力损失,运行期的温度变化对锚索应力状态具有显著影响,锚索张力随着温度的升高而减小,锚索测力计应变读数与温度变化的关系为:?T=2.005×10-6?T。运行期隧洞内水压力作用主要由混凝土衬砌和围岩承担,内水压力变化对锚索应力状态影响不大。
This paper presents a research on the measurement method of stress and an analysis on the development of stress in an un-bonded circumferential tendon over construction and operation periods using the field observation data of the Xiaolangdi prestressed sediment flushing tunnels. The results show that a dynamometer refitted anchorage head has a good accuracy in measurement of prestress in this tendon, which is tensioned and locked in without support. About 15% of prestress loss caused by concrete creep and stress relaxation of the tendon over the construction period was observed. The variation in ambient temperature during operation period has a significant effect on the tendon stress which is decreased with temperature rising, the relation between temperature variation and strain reading of the dynamometer can be represented by cr = 2.005 × 10^-6 △T. Most action of water pressure in this period is undertaken by the prestressed concrete lining and surrounding rock, and the tendon stress is little effected by the variation of internal water pressure during operation period.
