采用水工混凝土抗含沙水流冲刷试验的标准试验方法DL/T5150-2001中的圆环法,研究了橡胶粉体积分数分别为5.0%、7.5%、10.O%和15.0%(等量代砂)的橡胶混凝土的抗冲磨性能,并与基准混凝土和硅粉混凝土的抗冲磨性能进行了对比.试验结果表明,硅粉混凝土的抗冲磨强度高于基准混凝土,而橡胶混凝土的抗冲磨强度又高于硅粉混凝土,并且随着橡胶粉体积分数的增加而增大机理分析认为,橡胶混凝土抗冲磨强度的提高主要来自橡胶粉颗粒对含砂水流冲击能量的吸收作用.
The abrasion resistance of rubberized concrete was studied in this paper. The tests were conducted by the Chinese standard test method DL/T 5150-2001 (Ring Method). The specimen were prepared by replacing sand with crumb rubber particles of the same volume, and four volume fractions (5.0%, 7.5%, 10.0% and 15.0%,) of crumb tire rubber particles were used. The abrasion resistance comparison was made among control concrete, silica fume concrete and rubberized concrete. Test results show that rubberized concrete exhibits a better abrasion resistance than silica fume concrete, while the later is better than control concrete. With the increase of rubber fractions, the percent weight loss of concrete decreases while the abrasion resistance strength increases. The mechanism analysis attributes the improvement of abrasion resistance of rubberized concrete to the absorption of impact energy of water-borne sand by rubber particles.
