环锚预应力混凝土衬砌是水工压力隧洞一种新型的衬砌形式,锚具槽是施工过程中用于固定锚具和实施锚索张拉的部位,也是整个衬砌结构的最薄弱环节。通过三维有限元计算和现场实验,对小浪底排沙洞无粘结预应力混凝土衬砌全部锚索张拉锁定后锚具槽区域的应力状态进行了研究,计算结果与实验结果相当吻合。研究表明,锚具槽区域的应力状态要比其它部位复杂,环向预压应力分布均匀性较差,在锚具槽口的锚索出露端存在径向拉应力。研究结果对类似工程的结构设计具有参考意义。
The prestressed concrete lining is a new type of pressure tunnel lining ,and the anchorage slot is a location for fixing the anchor head and tensioning the tendons ,where is the weakest part of the lining .This paper studies the stress state of Xiaolangdi sediment tunnel lining ,which is post-prestressed with double-looped unbonded tendons by 3D FEM and in-situ experiments .The calculation results agree well with the experimental results ,and the study results show that the stress state in the anchorage slot area is more complex than that in other part of the lining due to the non-uniform dis-tribution of circumferential stress and the radial tensile stress occurred near the ends of the anchorage slot .This study is of referential significance to the design of similar structures .
