The influence of changing rate of acceleration on wearing character of automobile brake bush is discussed, the relation between the changing rate of acceleration and the dissipation rate of energy of automobile brake is studied, so as to avoid the accidents which are resulted from big change rate of acceleration. The formula and figures of the dissipation rate of specific energy expressed by the changing rate of acceleration are established. The highest allowable acceleration changing rate of the maximum tonnage of automobiles of light, medium, and heavy types are calculated. The highest allowable value can be used to ensuring the safety of operation and extending the longevity of automobile brake. 2 tabs, 2 figs, 13 refs.
