为建立高效樱桃优良砧木‘吉塞拉5号’和‘吉塞拉6号’嫩枝扦插体系,系统研究激素、生长点(不同部位)、插穗时间及叶片数量对‘吉塞拉5号’和‘吉塞拉6号’扦插生根率及扦插幼苗长势的影响。结果表明,利用12~15cm半木质化嫩枝扦插‘吉塞拉5号’和‘吉塞拉6号’时,最佳扦插方案是:5月下旬进行扦插,插穗顶部带4片展叶,采用500mg·L^-1IBA浸泡3min,可使‘吉塞拉5号’和‘吉塞拉6号’的生根率分别达到90%和80%以上。对于‘吉塞拉6号’来说,不带生长点半木质化的中段嫩枝扦插生根率更高,扦插苗长势更好。激素、插穗取材部位和时间及叶片数量对吉塞拉甜樱桃的扦插效果有显著影响。
To establish an efficient system of cutting propagation for two Gisela sweet cherry rootstocks. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of phytohormones, branch position, leaf number, and treating time on the rooting rate, growth performance of two rootstock cuttings,' Gisela 5' and 'Gisela 6'. The results showed that the semi-lignified cuttings with 12-15 cm length had a better rooting rate than other cuttings. The optimized protocol was that the cuttings with four upper leaves should be collected in late May and dipped in 500 mg· L^-1 IBA for 3 min,resulting in a rooting rate of 90% and 80% for 'Gisela 5' and 'Gisela 6' respectively. For 'Gisela 6',the middle part of softwood cuttings without growing point had a higher rooting rate and a better growth performance. These results suggested that several factors (phytohormones,branch position,leaf number,and plant- ing time) influenced the cutting propagation in Gisela sweet cherry rootstocks.
