采用低温固相反应法合成了CoFe2O4、ZnFe2O4和Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4纳米粉体。以NH4HCO3和金属盐为原料,生成了前驱体碱式碳酸监,通过研究不同焙烧温度,并在最佳焙烧温度下得到了CoFe2O4、ZaFe2O4和Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4纳米粉体。经X射线衍射(XRD)、热分析(TG-DSC)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等洲试手段的分析,结果表明:低温回相反应法能够夸成出单相的CoFe2O4、ZnFe2O4和Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4纳米粉体。
The CoFe2O4,ZnFe2O4 and Co0.5Zn0.52O4 nano-sized powders were prepared by solid-state reaction at ambient temperature. The alkaline carbonates precursors were prepared with NH4HCO3 and metallic salt. By the study of different calcining heat,the as-prepared nano-sized I powder were achieved at optimal temperature. The nano-sized powder were characterized by XRD, TG-DSC,TEM and VSM. The result shows that the single-phase CoFe2O4,ZnFe2O4 and Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nano-sized powders can be synthesed by solid-state reaction at ambient temperature.
