石墨结构层包嵌铜纳米薄片在润滑油添加剂和电化学催化方面有潜在的应用价值,而成分和结构的稳定是应用的前提。用差热-热重分析,X射线衍射,高温焙烧等方法探讨了所合成石墨结构层包嵌铜纳米薄片的热稳定性和化学稳定性。结果表明,样品在空气中400℃以下稳定,氮气中至700℃仍然稳定;除饱和NaOH溶液之外,在H2SO4、HCl、丙酮和NaOH稀溶液中样品都具有良好的成分和结构稳定性;在90℃蒸馏水浸泡,样品中铜的相对含量增加,结构稳定,起到了纯化的作用。
Graphene encapsulated copper nanoplates(GECNPs) have exhibited a potential application value in the additive of lubricant and electrochemistry catalysis,but it is necessary that the as prepared samples must be stable enough in composition and structure.The thermal stability and chemical stability of as-prepared GECNPs were studied by TG-DTA,XRD and calcination.The results show,the as-prepared samples are stable until 400 ℃ under room ambience and is up to 700 ℃ under nitrogen ambience;The stability of composition and structure of the GECNPs is good when the sample was soaked in H2SO4,HCl,acetone and weak solution of NaOH,but the saturated solution of NaOH is an exception;The relative content of copper is increased and the structure is stable when the GECNPs sample was immersed in distilled water at the temperature of 90 ℃,it means that the soaking procedure has acted as an effect of purification.
