为提高湖南某厂含0.8%Fe2O3的高岭土的白度,用连二亚硫酸钠(保险粉)为漂白剂,混合草酸为辅助剂对其进行增白处理。同时探讨了提高高岭土白度的影响因素,一方面确定对该高岭土进行漂白的最佳条件,另一方面为其他种类的高岭土增白提供参考数据。结果表明,使该高岭土的白度提高50%的工艺条件为:草酸调节酸度值pH为2,液固比3∶1,增白反应温度为80℃,颗粒大小为16~28目,连二亚硫酸钠用量为0.1305g/g高岭土。
In order to improve its whiteness,the kaolin with 0.8% Fe2O3 used in a Hunan factory was bleached by sodium hydrosulfite with oxalic acid as an auxiliary agent.The factors affecting the whiteness of kaolin were also studied to find the optimal conditions for bleaching kaolin of this kind and to provide the reference data for improving the whiteness of other kinds.The results show that the processing conditions for the 50% rise of kaolin whiteness are pH value of 2,liquid to solid ratio of 3:1,temperature of 80℃,particle size of 16-28 mesh per inch and 0.1305g sodium hydrosulfite per g kaolin.
