国内大部分抽油杆检测装备仅是拾取缺陷信号而未对其进行准确有效的区分,并且对可修复的杆体采用一般的修复工艺,无法恢复其疲劳寿命。为此,提出了一种旧抽油杆的再制造新工艺——冷拔复新制造工艺,同时针对旧抽油杆再制造的特殊性设计了一套基于漏磁检测原理的无损检测系统。该系统采用穿过武线圈对抽油杆励磁,用开合式探头机构进行缺陷检测,可高精度处理探伤信号,实现抽油杆杆体表面缺陷的检测、分类以及轴向定位。现场应用结果表明,基于漏磁检测原理的无损检测系统具有检测精度高、配置简单和成本低等特点,可较好地指导抽油杆再制造过程中的工艺安排。
Most domestic sucker rod detection equipments only collect defect signals, but they do not make an accurate and effective distinction of them. Moreover, they adopt the general repair technology for repairable rod, which cannot recover its fatigue life. Therefore, a new technology of remanufacturing old sucker rod was formula- ted. It is cold-drawing renovation manufacture technology. Meanwhile, in light of the old sucker rod remanufacture particularity, a set of nondestructive testing system on the basis of magnetic flux leakage (MFL) detection principle was designed. The system adopts through-coil to conduct an excitation of sucker rod, using the retractable probe mechanism to conduct defect detection. It can carry out a high-precision treatment of defect detection signals, achie- ving the testing, classification and axial positioning of the surface defect of sucker rod. The field application shows that the system is characterized by high detection precision, simple configuration and low cost. It can guide the tech- nological arrangement in the process of sucker rod remanufacture.
