从理论上分析了工件表面粗糙度影响超声波反射和折射的机理;使用COMSOL有限元仿真分析,证明了表面粗糙度是产生超声幅值衰减和背景噪声增强的原因;最后,通过不同粗糙度试样及不同直径超声探头的试验,进一步验证了工件表面粗糙度对压电超声测厚的影响。
This paper theoretically analyzes the influence of the surface roughness on the ultrasonic reflection and refraction mechanism;COMSOL finite element simulation analysis is used to prove that the surface roughness is the cause of ultrasonic amplitude attenuation and enhanced background noise;Finally,through experiments on different roughness experimental samples of different diameters and ultrasound probe,we further validate the effects of surface roughness on ultrasonic thickness measurement.
