为进一步提升抽油杆探伤设备在实际应用中的精度及效率,进行了抽油杆磁化优化设计以及检测传感器的浮动跟踪结构设计。采用2D有限元法对抽油杆线圈磁化器进行了优化设计并给出了抽油杆检测主机方案,针对抽油杆小外径大弯曲度轮廓的紧贴适应难点设计了检测探靴,给出了检测主机及检测系统,并对整个检测系统进行了检测标定测试及检测信号的一致性识别分析。现场应用结果表明,该检测系统运行稳定可靠,结构设计合理,安装修护方便,完全适应自动化检测要求。
To make a further improvement of the precision and efficiency of sucker rod inspection apparatus in practical application, the optimization of the sucker rod magnetization and the design of the float tracking structure of the sensor were carried out. The two-dimensional finite element method was adopted to optimize the design of sucker rod coil magnetizer and offer the scheme of sucker rod inspection host. In light of the difficulty of close adapt- ability for the rod with a profile of small outer diameter and large bend, the inspection probe was designed. The in- spection host and inspection system were given. An inspection calibration test of the whole inspection system was conducted. The consistency of inspection signals was analyzed. The field application shows that the inspection device is stable and reliable in operation, rational in structural design and convenient in installment and maintenance. It completely meets the need of automatic inspection.
