在人才需求预测中,科学地确定影响人才需求的各个影响因素并加以量化,一直是一个比较难的问题。以江门市“十一·五”人才需求预测为例,在定性分析的基础上,运用历史数据加以实证分析,提出一套用以模型预测的指标体系。实际预测结果表明,这套指标体系对提高人才需求预测的质量有很大帮助。
In the prediction of talent demand, it is very difficult to determine and quantify scientifically the influence factors of talent demand . Taking Jiangmen as an example of talent demand during the period of "llth Five - year Plan" and based on the theoretical analysis, applying historical data to do demonstration analysis ,we concluded a suit of index system to forecast talent demand. The prediction effect using this suit of index system demonstrates is helpful for improving the prediction quality.
