针对无极绳绞车运行过程中容易发生脱轨且不易被发现的问题,设计了一套无极绳连续牵引车脱轨检测装置。提出了通过直接检测梭车轮对距轨道距离来判断梭车在轨状态的方法,然后通过对各类型传感器的比较选定了电感式接近开关作为检测元件,最后根据实际使用情况为其设计了安装保护装置,并对梭车运行中的通过角进行了验算。
A set of inspection device is designed aiming at preventing the derailment of the shutter car which is uneasy to be discovered. An approach is proposed to determine whether the carriage is in orbit by directly detecting the distance between the shuttle car wheel and the track. The eddy-current transducer is selected as the sensing element by comparing the various types of sensors inductive and a set of safety protection device is designed for it. Finally, the calculation of the passing angel is checked for the running shutter car.
