针对采煤机截割部行星架结构设计过程中注重强度校核,而忽略质量优化的问题提供了一种解决思路。利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对行星架进行强度分析,求解及后处理。在此基础上,通过对结果数据、敏感度柱状图和响应曲面进行分析确定优化参数和浮动范围。优化结果显示行星架质量降低31%,并达到工作强度需求。
In the process of miner cutting unit planetary frame designing attach more attention to strength check, but ignore mass optimization, a solving thoughts was given for the problem. Using finite element software ANSYS Workbench to strength analysis, solution and post-processing for planetary frame. On this basis, through the result data, sensitivity columnar section and response surface to determine the optimization parameters and floating range. Optimization results shown that the mass of planetary frame 31% decreased, and accorded to the strength demand.
