针对传统的刮板输送机机头架优化设计的优化方法并不能得到理想优化结果的问题,介绍了离散单元法的单元和计算模型,并通过离散元分析软件EDEM软件对某刮板输送机机头架的输送性能进行了动态仿真和分析。基于离散单元法的模型分析了刮板输送机在运输煤炭过程中煤炭颗粒的能量、受力与机头升角、刮板链链速和摩擦系数等参数之间的关系,发现在机头升角为7°,刮板链链速为0.837m/s,摩擦系数为1.0时,可以在极大程度上提升输送机运输性能和使用寿命,为刮板输送机机头架的优化设计提供了依据。
As traditional optimization method can't obtain ideal optimization results, this paper introduces the particles and computational model of DEM. The dynamic simulation and analysis of scraper conveyor's headstock are completed using EDEM software. The scraper conveyor performance is analyzed with DEM modeling, in terms of particles' power and force analysis due to changes in the operating conditions. The results show that when the headstock's angle is 7 degree, the scraper chain speed is 0. 837m/s and friction coefficient is 1. 0, the scraper conveyor's transportation performance and service life can be improved to utmost degree.
