英文摘要：

Based on grey system theory and combined with the rural land circulation practical conditions, this arti- cle constructs hierarchical multilayer gray evaluation index system on performance of the rural land power of opera- tion circulation and comprehensively evaluates all units in the past ten years. The results are showed in three levels as following： in whole level, the modes of the rural land power of operation circulation are distinctive and the na- tion gradually form circulation plates which adapt to the local actual conditions; In the regional level, performances in the eastern rural land circulation are better than in Midwest; In relation level, there is no obvious relationship be- tween the circulation performance and location. Therefore, in the course of rural land power of operation circula- don, all units should learn from another units＇ successful experience, rethink profoundly the improvement and ac- tively explore new model of the rural land power of operation circulation.
