设计了一种水产养殖pH值无线监测系统,系统传感器节点以MSP430F149单片机为核心,以nRF905射频芯片为无线通信模块,采用PHG—96FS型传感器采集pH值和水温数据。根据pH电极的测量原理,建立了pH值测量数学模型,采用最佳分段的二次多项式方法拟合温度系数KpH曲线,实现了pH值测量软件温度补偿,提高了测量的准确性。节点软件以IAR Embedded Workbench为开发环境,采用单片机C语言开发,实现节点数据采集与处理、无线传输和串口通信等功能。监测中心软件采用VB 6.0开发,为用户提供形象直观的实时数据监测平台。实验结果表明:系统运行稳定,数据传输正常,能够完成水产养殖水质参数的监测。
Design an aquaculture pH value wireless monitoring system, sensor node of system uses MSP430F149 as core,use nRF905 RF chip as wireless communication module, use PHG-96FS sensor to acquire pH value and datas of water temperature. Establish mathematical model for pH value measurement according to pH electrode measurement principle for curve fitting of temperature coefficient KpH mathematical model by piecewise quadratic polynomial fitting method. The node software is compiled using C Language in IAR Embedded Workbench, completes data acquisition and processing, wireless transmission, and serial communication. Monitoring software is compiled using VB 6.0, which provide users with visual image of real-time data monitoring platform. Test results demonstrate that the system runs stably and data acquisition is normal, thus the system can meet requirements of aquaculture water quality monitoring.
