建筑专利是建筑业新技术、新产品开发活动的标志性成果。通过系统收集2002年至2009年在我国申请公开的764份脚手架类专利,并基于TRIZ理论中的矛盾矩阵及发明原理对其要点进行提取和分析,找出了2002-2009年间脚手架类专利应用频数较高的6个改善参数、5个恶化参数以及5个发明原理,揭示了脚手架的技术创新规律,然后结合建筑业实践,对这些规律存在的原因进行分析,为未来脚手架技术创新实践指明了突破的方向,有利于加快我国脚手架类专利技术创新的步伐。
The constru product development ction patent is one of the important outcom activities. The paper collects systematically China from 2002 to 2009 and analyzes the key points of them based es in new technological and new 764 scaffolding patents issued in on the Table of Contradictions by Altshuller's theory of TRIZ. Among them 6 items of features to improve, 5 items of undesired result and 5 inventive principles have been selected according to the higher application frequency, aiming to reveal the principle of technological invention of scaffolding. Combining with the construction prac
