探索创新设计团队的创新认知过程,揭示团队创新设计的认知思维规律,并将研究成果用于指导创新实践,是提高团队创新能力的有效途径。通过实验方法,收集土木工程专业本科团队利用TRIZ理论合作进行创新设计的口语报告数据,在FBS模型基础之上,借助NVIVO8.0质性分析软件对数据进行编码分析,构建了设计者与设计对象交互演进的FBS认知模型,揭示了在TRIZ理论的启发下,设计者思维在FBS认知模型中的作用机制,为建筑业创新设计的认知研究提供理论基础。
It is an effective way to improve team innovation ability by exploring team cognitive processes and discovering the cognitive mechanism so as to guide practice. Experiment method is adopted by selecting civil engineering undergraduate students as subjects. The oral report data are collected from construction innovation design teams using TRIZ. Function- Behavior-Structure model and NVIVO8.0 are applied to analyze the experiment data. The FBS cognitive model of designers and design objects interaction for team innovation is constructed. The inspiration mechanism of TRIZ theory on designers' thinking in the FBS cognitive model is delineated. The findings provide theoretical basis for construction Innovation cognitive research.
