Based on the status quo analysis of both domestic and overseas construction waste recycling, the factors to restrict construction waste recycling were identified. Referring to the success experiences of foreign countries, the solutions to promote waste recycling were proposed. And the priority of feasible solutions to promote waste recycling was identified by the questionnaires collected fr？m developers and analyzed with GD-AHP method.
