新时代的组织要求导师一门徒关系从稳定的一对一关系转向动态的网络化关系。本文基于文献回顾,从导师网络的概念入手,阐述了导师网络的测量方法,着重分析了影响导师网络形成的前因变量、中介变量和调节变量,归纳了导师网络对门徒以及对组织和导师本身的影响,并指出了现有研究的不足与未来研究方向。
In the modern age, organizations require the transformation of the mentoring relation- ship from the stable one-to-one relationship to the dynamic network-based relationship. Based on lite- rature review, this paper introduces the concept of mentor networks, elaborates the measurement methods of mentor networks, analyzes emphatically the antecedent variables, mediators and modera- tors affecting the formation of mentor networks, and summarizes the effects of mentor networks on disciples as well as organizations and mentors.
