讨论一类具有脉冲接种和急慢性阶段的流行病模型．证明了系统无病周期解的存在唯一性，并且得到当阈值R〈1时，系统无病周期解是全局吸引的．

英文摘要：

An epidemic model with impulsive vaccination and chronic stage is studied,the existence and uniqueness of the disease-free periodic solution are discussed, and it is proved that the disease-free periodic solution is a global attractor if the threshold value R is less than one.
