按照国际标准组织推荐的拖车式近距离现场测试(CPXT)法,利用交通运输部公路科学研究院研制的配重式轮胎一路面噪音检测拖车,分别对橡胶沥青路面和SBS改性沥青玛蹄脂碎石路面进行轮胎一路面噪音检测。同时,利用Superpave简单性能试验机测量了2种类型路面材料在不同温度和荷载作用频率下的动态模量和相位角。结果表明:橡胶沥青路面与SBS改性沥青玛蹄脂碎石路面相比,噪音频谱的峰值集中范围由10006000Hz向低频方向800~5000Hz移动;橡胶沥青混凝土优良的弹性性能是降低轮胎一路面噪音的主要原因。研究结论可为橡胶沥青路面的降噪机理研究、轮胎一路面噪音评价提供有益借鉴和参考。
Tire-pavement noise of asphalt-rubber pavement and SBS modified asphalt mustic gravel pavement were measured with close-proximity trailer (CPXT) method recommended by ISO. The measuring equipment was the trailer with weight for tire-pavement noise, which was developed by Research Institute of Highway, Ministry of Transport of China. Under the help of Simple Performance Tester by superpave, dynamic modulus and phase angle of the two kinds of pavement materials under different temperatures and load frequencies were tested. The results show that the asphalt-rubber pavement peak concentration ranges from frequency 800 Hz to 5 000 Hz, lower than the stone mustic asphalt pavement, which ranges from frequency 1 000 Hz to 6 000 Hz; the excellent elastic property of asphalt-rubber mixture is one of the main reasons to reduce tire-pavement noise. The conclusion can provide reference for the research of reducing noise of asphalt-rubber pavement and evaluating tire-pavement noise.
