通过对木屑进行化学改性,制备了木屑季铵盐型螯合吸附剂(MS),用于强化木屑对含铀废水中U(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。对所得MS的晶体结构和表面形貌进行了分析,探索了MS投加量、反应时间、溶液pH值和反应温度对吸附性能的影响,并在此基础上分析吸附机理。结果表明:MS投加量为0.1g/L、吸附时间为2h、pH=4.5、吸附温度为30℃时,铀去除率达99.7%,较未改性木屑对铀的吸附率提高了26.9%。以0.1mol/L的HCl溶液作为脱附剂,初次解吸率达99.9%,表明MS具有较好的重复利用性。
The sawdust quaternary ammonium salt type chelating adsorbent(MS)was prepared by chemical modification of raw sawdust to strengthen the sawdust adsorption performance of U(Ⅵ)in waste water of uranium.The MS keeps high adsorption ability at the MS dosage of 0.1g/L,adsorption time of 2h,pH=4.5and adsorption temperature of 30 ℃,and the adsorption rate is 99.7%,which increases by 26.9%.The used MS can be desorbed by 0.1mol/L HCl(the first desorption rate is up to 99.9%)and becomes reusable.The MS shows the better repeatability.
