为了探究Ce对X80钢的低温冲击性能的影响,对X80钢进行稀土微合金化,制备试样在SANS-ZBC2752A型冲击试验机进行-20℃冲击实验,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察显微组织和断口形貌并进行夹杂物能谱分析。实验结果表明,Ce可以改善X80的低温冲击韧性。在Ce含量小于0.0093%时,随着Ce含量的增加,冲击功提高明显;Ce含量在0.0093%~0.0250%时,Ce含量增加,冲击功呈下降趋势。
In order to explore the Ce impact on low temperature impact toughness of XSO steel, impact test has been car- ried out for rare earth microalloyed XS0 steel with SANS - ZBC 2752A tester. The microsttucture and fracture morpholoy were observed and analyzed by using SEM and energy spectroscopy. The results show that Ce can improve the low temperature ira-pact toughness of the tested steel. When the Ce content was lower than O. 0093%, with the increase of it, the impact energy increased significantly; When Ce content was between O. 0093% and O. 025%, with increase of Ce content, the impact energy decreased.
