采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析等分析手段,研究了微量Ce对IF钢室温下横向冲击性能的影响。试验结果表明,Ce改变了钢中夹杂物的形态,并显著提高试样横向冲击韧性,冲击吸收功随着Ce加入量的增加而增加,在本试验中,Ce加入量在0.024%时,IF钢的冲击韧性最好。
The effect of rare earth element Ce on impact toughness of IF steel at room temperature was studied by metallographic microscope,SEM and energy spectroscopy. The results show that the inclusion morphology is changed and the impact toughness of the steel is improved greatly with the addition of Ce. The impact energy increases with increase of additive amount of Ce,and the optimal impact toughness of investigated steel is obtained when content of Ce is 0. 024%.
