应用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)研究了铈对X80管线钢显微组织、夹杂物以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素改善了X80管线钢显微组织,使铁素体趋于针状铁素体;改变了夹杂物的形貌和大小,使夹杂物球化;加微量稀土元素铈使抗拉强度提高了9%,试样断口韧窝更加均匀,韧窝中出现了细小的稀土复合夹杂物。
The effects of Ce on the microstructure, inclusions and mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel were studied by optical microscope( OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and EDS analysis. The results show that rare earth elements improved the microstructure of X80 pipeline steel, promoted the formation of acicular ferrite, changed the morphology and size of the inclusions and spheroidized the inclusions; trace rare earth elements Ce increased tensile strength of the steel by 9% and made the dimples of the fracture more homogeneous. Small complex inclusions of rare earth were found in the dimple.
