采用电化学阻抗谱、SEM和XRD等分析方法,研究了添加微量稀土Ce对X80管线钢在库尔勒模拟溶液中电化学腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,Ce能够提高X80管线钢的耐蚀性,降低X80管线钢的腐蚀速率;含Ce的X80钢的内锈层比X80钢致密,对基体保护作用更强,微观腐蚀形貌以均匀腐蚀为主;腐蚀产物由疏松的红棕色外锈层FeOOH和致密的黑色内锈层Fe3O4组成;在相同时间条件下,含Ce的X80钢比X80钢的低频容抗弧模值大。
Influence of trace rare earth Ce addition on electrochemical corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in Korla simulated solution were studied by EIS,SEM and XRD.The results showed that Ce can improve the corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel;Corrosion products are loose red-brown outer rust layer FeOOH and dense black inner rust layer Fe3O4;the inner part of the rust scale on X80Ce steel is more compact than that on X80 steel,thereby a better protectiveness for the substrate;At the same time,the low-frequency capacitive arc modulus value of X80Ce steel is larger than X80 steel.
